AVID HOTELS: POP UP TRANSPARENCY

Challenge: IHG wanted to deliver an innovative and exciting launch to introduce avid in the Oklahoma City market. Avid is IHG’s new brand of midscale hotels designed to attract the modern traveler at an everyday price.

Insight: Today’s traveler is faced with a never-ending list of ‘pain-point trade-offs’ when selecting a hotel. Location vs price, amenities vs convenience, or even choosing between quality sleep and updated design. These varying factors make the hotel selection process a gamble, when travelers just want transparency. 

Solution: We created the avid hotel Pop-up Transparency - an immersive experience where guests could touch and feel the comforts of the room for themselves, while also learning about the transparent amenities of the brand. The experience was designed to reinforce that finding the perfect balance at competing hotels is always a gamble, while avid offers consistent quality experiences all over the country.
