Challenge:  Enhance Berkshire Hathaway’s position as an innovative leader in luxury real estate in the Atlanta market through a fully integrated campaign

Insight:  Luxury homes are not categorized or valued by their immense size, but instead measured through small touches and intricate details. 

Solution:  We created a multi-sensory campaign focused on the intricate details of the luxury real estate lifestyle. We considered how details can influence a consumer down to all five senses and designed every touchpoint with the intent to emotionally connect with our audience and appeal to their aspirational lifestyle.
